I?ve been living at Eden Point for nine yrs. and would not move unless my career required it. From first base the treament I received was warm and welcoming, not what I expected. The staff is like family to me and I can see that they treat everyone with the same caring respect. It?s a great community with lots of involvement, always clean and any problems are addressed immediately. Maintenance' Can you say DONE' They are simply the best. Lots of stores nearby and quick access to I-12. I feel safe when I am outdoors, especially at night time, the place is really lit up and maintained well. I?ve only had one incident in my nine yrs., my car was broken into, but I understand that this can happen anywhere and I took it in stride. I think what made the difference was the staff again, they were concerned and even taped my window up so the rain would not get in. they really go out of their way and it shows throughout the property. I give them an AAAA and highly recomend Eden Point apts,. to anyone looking for a home, even if only for a short while.
