Best described as sheep in wolfs clothing. Friendly at first but bring lube, you will get screwed. Rent goes up and complex is unfair in decisions. You will get a letter every month threating you with charges on your next month bill if you don't adhere to the new rules that they are always making.
YOUR CAR will be BROKE into and there is now way to stop it from happening. Alarms don't work and police don't help.
Privacy, forget it, they enter your apartment monthly to inspect for, well, anything. They will tell you it's for bugs but it's not the orkin man that walks in.
The people that regulate the property are hypocrites... You can't do something but they can cause their friends with the property owners.
