Edgewood really is a nice place.
The staff is extreamly nice, and have been helpful every time I need them.
Maintenance has always been excellent.
Their response is immediate!
I've never had a problem with noise or neighbors.
The only issue I have had involves pets.
People take their pets out to do their thing in the grass, then they don't pick it up.
This really irritates me, but I guess I shouldn't be walking in the grass anyway.
Safety is very good also.
The general area of town is pretty safe.
I have not heard of any crime problems, and I feel comfortable with my safety and property here.
The apartments are nice.
They are not perfect, and there are nicer apartments around, but for the value they are great.
The layout is outstanding! I'd stay here if I were not moving out of town.
