I would like to thank you for bringing to my attention the recent problems you have had and the manner in which they were resolved.

Customer service is a high priority item with Edgewood Management.

We encourage our staff to be customer oriented.

Our Managers are trained that the best lease is a "LEASE RENEWAL".

Our staff is encouraged to develop pride in their work.

We also, encourage professionalism.

First, I would like to address your neighbors placing trash outside their doors.

If this was a perfect world, my job would be so much easier that the office staff would not have to place reminders on residents' doors informing them that there are dumpsters provided throughout the property.

The automobile industry continues to produce large vehicles....

I rememeber too; the days when a luxary vehicle consisted of a compact size.

As stated in your lease, management has the right to enter your apartment without prior notification under emergency situations only!

Baton Rouge is exceptional in economic growth! The school system is showing much improvement on a daily basis.

We were the first city in the U.S.

to finally become desegreated.

We hope other cities follow in our footsteps.

I support the East Baton Rouge Law Enforcement officers for all of their efforts to keep the crime level low.
