Edgewood

 

I was recommending this apartment complex to one of my coworkers.

She told me about this service, so I was interested in seeing what people had to say about our community here at Edgewood Apartments.

She was concerned when she read the ratings on the apartment as I was.

Obviously, it seems that there are a few individuals here who are not satisfied with the complex.

On a whole, the neighbors around me are extremely pleased.

The location is wonderful.

There are so many new places developing in this area of town.

Now to rate the apartment complex.

The ground of the apartment are well kept.

The apartment complex is located off of a busy rode and seems cozy.

I love my neighbors.

We are always getting together to chat.

I have some really wonderful people here.

I feel safe here.

There is a security officer who lives in the complex.

He has been a life saver when I got locked out.

Only once did I have to complain about noise in one of the apartments and he responded immediately.

I love the floor plan.

The rooms are much bigger than one of the new complexes that is down the road.

In addition, the apartment rent is a lot cheaper.

Only once did I have to call the office for maintenance of my air conditioner.

Boy, I was thankful that he didn't take long to respond.

The parking is adequate.

I would love to have a reserved spot but I can handle the first come gets the best parking spots.

Late at night, I feel safe walking my dog around the complex or down Stumberg Lane.

It really nice that they added sidewalks on Stumberg Lane which are accessible to everyone in the complex.

The security gate closes at night.

The only thing I don't like is that someone can come in behind someone else if they are fast enough.

If someone comes to visit me, I can look at my tv and see who is calling from the front gate and decide if I want them to come in.

There is also a screen on the tv which gives you information about the complex, such as when they will enter your apartment so that you can put your animals up in a room so they can't get out.

The management also has a Christmas party and crawfish boil for residents.

The only thing that I hate is when they draw for door prizes I haven't gotten a free month rent prize.

Boy that would be nice.

When I read the other reviews about the three women who work in the office, I don't know who the reviewers are but they obviously have personal grudges against them especially the manager (girl).

I have been living at this complex for 4 years.

I have not once gone to the office to sign renew my lease or pay my rent and had the "women" treat me unprofessionally.

They are very curteous and knowledgeable about the apartment.

I know that my neighbors feel the same way as I do about the office staff.

Don't let someone with a grudge persuade you not to move here.

The only thing I don't like about the apartments is that they do not have 3 bedroom apartments.

One of my friends wanted to move here while they were building her house, but she needed a three bedroom apartment.
