Do NOT move here! I will be leaving shortly and I am counting the days,hours,and seconds until my lease is up.
More and more less than desirable tenants are moving in.

I am tired of listening to rap music and loud parties going on at all hours.

The apartments themselves are very old and starting to show their age.

Walls between apartments are paper thin.

I can hear my neighbor all the time.

If you live in a downstairs apartment you will hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes.
Construction is very poor and there is very little insulation.

Air condition and heating bills are outrageous.
The staff is friendly until the lease is signed.

I have been lied to repeatedly on issues relating to my apt.
The security gate is worthless.

All a potential thief or whomever has to do is follow a resident in thru the slow closing gate...I see it all the time, cars parked outside the gate just waiting for a resident to follow them inside the complex.
The back pool is a disaster.

The water is not properly cleaned and maintained.

I would rather swim in a ditch than jump in that cesspool.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone, including the homeless! There are much nicer places to live in Baton Rouge.
