I have been staying with a friend in Baton Rouge since Hurricane Katrina. Some friends of hers suggested that I go by Edgewood to check for vacancies or get on the waiting list since it looks like I will be here for a while. I have been by 5 times!!!!! to speak with someone in person before and after lunch hours and there is NO ONE in the office to help me. There is always a sign that they will be back at 1:30 or later. I like to do my busines in person and not on the phone, plus I would like to see a floorplan. There is a hand made sketchy "NO VACANCY" sign outside by the road, but they can atleast be in the office to let me view the fitness center, pool area, and any thing else they may have available to show! I thought lunch hours are usually standard from 12-1pm...I guess this complex has a little salsa hour on top of lunch. I gave up after the 5th time and found a place who WAS IN THE OFFICE to speak to me and got on their waiting list. I really wanted to live at Edgewood since it is close to my new employer, but I had to settle for something a little farther. I could imagine now living there and trying to get in touch with Management to fix something, or questions, or concerns. The management must really be in the hot seat over there. I guess it's best no one was there. ----Sadly Dissapointed

For everyones information I LIVE here at Edgewood and every time I have ever needed anyone in the office they have always been there. So I don't know what you are talking about and maybe you need to get your facts straight before writing things like that.

I also live at Edgewood and have been there for 6 years. I have never been treated better anywhere. When i need something repaired they are there the very day I call. I have never had an occasion to find no one at the office when I stopped by or called. The grounds are always kept neat and clean and the management is always there to help me whenever I need them.Apartments are extremely easy to find, so if I had ever had problems with Edgewood I would not have been here for 6 years. The apartments are spacious and my utility bill is always very low. Good job, Edgewood! Also, I feel very safe here and have never had a problem with security. I even moved my mother into an apartment here and she is also very happy and, I might add, not easy to please!

its weird that if you notice judy mcdaniel is the main person acting like a resident in all the good reviews just noticed after seeing judy 225 & judy mcdaniel several times if your going to cheat don't be so stupid really think before yoiu react

Well I agree with the original post, there is never anyone in the office! What is the deal with that? I've lived here for a few years now and have caught someone there maybe 2 times. Good thing I dont have a problem with fixing maintenece problems myself!
