In all fairness, I had a pleasant experience at Edgewood Apts. There was minimal noise (in the back section), the grounds were always well-maintained, and maintenance items were promptly addressed. The management even had a landscaper come and trim tree branches away from my window upon my request. I like a gated community and the fact that management takes security seriously. If you cause trouble, you will not be here very long.

Oh, and I even got my deposit back when I left!

My only complaint is that there is very little room for cars and moving vans to maneuver.

Some words of advice for the management:
1) Consider package holding services. In my new city, it is common courtesy for apartment managers to offer this service.
2) Consider taking advantage of the city's recycling services, similar to neighborhood homes.

All in all, if you are looking for a moderate place to live, where you can have peace of mind after a long day's work, yet don't need a luxury apartment, this place should satisfy your needs.
