I have lived in Edgewood for 6 months now, and I like it! Even though someone in our building flooded us out recently, maintenence has already begun to dry the carpet and clean it. The apartments are very well kept and very modern looking compared to others in BR. The parking lot is a little small, its a tight fit for 2 cars to be going through at the same time, but i always have a parking spot. We have 6 more months here, and are getting a house after that, but i would recommend this place to friends!
