I've lived at Edgewood since July 2006. My experiences here have been, overall, above average for an apartment. Its a working class complex with little noise or disturbances. I could usually contact the office easily (except during lunch hours). I found my maintance requests were answered promptly. Only once did I have to call after hourse maintance. Someone came out and fixed my problem the same day. I'm moving bc for the cost of rent (which went up each year) I could be paying a mortgage on a condo or townhome.
