I moved into El-Cid #2 after Hurricane Katrina. The rent was cheap considering it's LSU location and with everyone double to tripling their rent plus the office manager went beyond with being friendly and being ontop of the ball.

There wasn't crime because it's all college students mainly so I was happy about that. In fact once I left my door unlocked overnight with my keys in them (had a long day) nothing was taken from my place and my keys were left right there in the lock.

I think there are only one bedrooms but two different floor plans, but for someone on their own or with a gf/bf it was great.
