My husband and I have lived in this apartment for just over one year. We had a horrifying experience with our last place and moved in mid-semester. Around LSU, that is near impossible. Management was so kind that they gave us keys to an apartment to stay in until our unit was ready. While I have not experienced any malfunctions with my apartment, I have full confidence that any situation that may come up would be taken care of promptly. The apartment complex is very quiet and close to LSU. This means that on Football Game Days, you better not leave your apartment. NO JOKE. The complex usually has security to prevent people from parking there, but somehow the lots always fill by 12pm anyway. This given, I would still recommend this as a great place to live. Pricing is fairly high (especially for the area), but well worth it.
