Location wise its one of the better apartments with clean spaces they provide in the begining. But the management is bad. I felt cheated when I applied to move into two bedroom apartment from 1BR. Inspite of the policy to give preference to the present occupants and to one who has applied first, the apartment was given to some new occupants, taking benefit of the new student's so called predicament.

Secondly beside my frequent requests for repairs, I have not seen any repairman coming to my apartment anyway.....

Residents are given preference for transfers. If a person is not allowed to transfer, there is a reason behind that decision. The resident is informed and any problem is explained...

I was not given any reason... You know that.... Now you deducted $85 from my security refund, for carpet being not shampooed... But I was not given a shampooed carpet, when I moved in...... I gonna call you for that....
