This complex is well managed in terms of keeping it clean, quiet, affordable. Unfortunately, the manager is extremely aggressive, dictatorial and dishonest, and this makes the living experience very dissatisfying. If you consider living in this complex, my advice would be to comply with every one of the staff's wishes and never talk back, otherwise they will make your life hell. It doesn't matter you are right or wrong, it's THEIR rules.
