I have now lived in Fairwayview for almost a year and do not plan on extending my lease. My problems are with the management, other residents, other resident's animals, and what I like to call my mystery roommate. Shortly after moving in I began hearing weird noises coming from the AC duct. I complained but they do not go away it appears to be a squirrel or some other animal and I have no clue what to do about it because it will not go away.
Second off, management are complete a-holes, they act like you are bothering them even if you are going in to pay rent, then they think you are the greatest person on earth. Third off, I am in a strange area in the complex, I have holy-rollers downstairs who sing religious music and blast Creed at random times as well as being stuck in some sort of Dungons and dragons fantasy, This doesnt even compare to the weirdness behind my apartment and the endless screeming at 2 am from the apartmrnt across from mine. Finally other people with dogs, well I hate dogs and someone has a dog that loves to bark at 2am almost every night, I have complained twice about it but it seems to do no good furthermore people with dogs do not pick up the poop, thus the lawn around this area smells like ----.
Overall I do not reccomend.
