I just moved out of my apartment at Fairway View apartments, and I have to say my renting experience sucked!! The complex and grounds look like hell, not to mention the lawns smell like dog dung, and the management staff are incredibly rude! When I signed my lease they were very nice and helpful, now they act as if you are bothering them when you call or go in to ask a question or make a request. Just this alone warrants a "do not rent from these people" recommendation.

To top everything off, they first claimed I had NOT given them my $530 deposit(how do you misplace that kind of money'!!) and now the story is that I only gave them $449. I will now have to "discuss" with these people how it is possible that I gave them a deposit of one-months rent($530) at time of move-in and how is it that my deposit has mysteryously reduced itself to $449, my rent AFTER I renewed my lease the first time!! If past experiences serve as any indicator as to how these women are going to conduct themselves, it is going to be like pulling teeth to get them to realize their mistake.
