Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived here for nine months and had a slew of problems from the start. My roof has leaked for months and I called TWICE before anyone came to look at it. When I said look at it, I meant all he did was look at it. Then I contacted the residential manager of AIMCO who replied and said she would contact the manager here. That was three weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone. My upstairs bathtub leaked down into my kitchen. They came and fixed it, 3 times! My air conditioner has broken 4 times and, get this, THE CITY SEWER HAS LEAKED 4 TIMES INTO MY PARKING LOT!!!!! Yes, RAW SEWAGE!! I tends to happen once a month, lately. Do not live here, the apartments are overpriced and the staff is horrible!!
