I am living here right now. So far it is decent. The management here have got to be the rudest, most impatient, bitchy women in Baton Rouge. I have been treated like dirt and felt like I am imposing on their day of sitting down and doing nothing. One of the previous posts stated something like they are only nice to you when you give them money. That person hit the nail on the head. They sure didn't treat me like that when they were trying to rent the apartment to me. Everyone in the office tells you two different things, and they're basically -------s. It is a huge pain to communicate with them.

Everyone here has a dog the size of an excursion and the complex smells of dog crap.

I've only seen my apartment inside, so i can't compare them to others. However, you can tell that they really don't put that much back into the apartment, as do all Baton Rouge crap apartments in this city.

I'd look further to other establishments. Maybe when we all move to the apts that are newer they'll try and jump on the band waggon to drum up business to have people like you and me come back.

However, on the other hand, the only asset to this place is that it is in a good location. That's it...

By the way let me just say one more time that the MANAGEMENT is the worst ever!!
