Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Lived here for a year and didn't have the problems with pests or loud neighbors (most of the time). But there is a major problem with tenants letting their dogs take dumps and not scooping. The office staff is hot and cold. Maintenance guys are nice, but way too overworked and not all that competent. My electricity went off twice during the heat of last summer and was off for several hours. I never got an explanation why.
