Let me first say that all comments from the past, even the ones dating back to 2002 still apply x's 10!!! Any positive comments were probably written by the management team themselves, DO NOT be FOOLED.

This is in effort to save your life, your money, and your perpetual happiness. If you don't believe me, just drive on in. Rats are all over the place, they sing me to sleep every night with their symphony of of scratches in random notes.

I think that the management team thinks that dog fecal matter is a perfume, because it's apparently the fad in this complex. the trash is overflowing, and the complex is so nicely decorated after every weekend with beer bottles (broken or not) and sometimes we're lucky and they are in a brown bag!

Please, for the sake of your health on all levels, do NOT step in any one of their disgusting powerplant dump pools. It took them over a year to get the green sludge out, and it's growing back. There are more leaks and roofs coming down that you can imagine.

This place used to be something special. Those days are gone.

The only thing to do now would be to knock the entire place down and start over. it's like living on nightmare on elmstreet, but then again, at least you're not bound by contract to have to live through that horror.

And all the previous comments are right. If you think that taking credit card or debit cards is something wonderful like I did, think again. Don't let them get a hold of your numbers here. They withdrew my account twice for rent on the same day!!! And this is not the first time!!! I went into the office and they all looked confused. They were upset that I had to stop them. I asked to speak to the manager and watched her run into her office only to hear, she's unavailable. They fixed my account two weeks later, and the apartment manager still didn't call me back!

Parents beware, children run, and never look back. This is the apartment complex from hell.
