Feels like you're in the heart of the Ghetto with the yelling, cursing, drinking, door slamming, radio boom, horn blowing, dog barking, horse waste smelling, no hot water in the laundry facilities, unsanitary weight room, 5 dirty pools and snotty management team. For the price, expect more. The units are inefficient due to huge gaps in the doors and windows. Any attempt at professionalism with on-site management is thwarted with major attitude. If you ask them a queston they look like deer caught in the headlights. Don't be fooled by the new coat of paint - have them show you the unit you'll move into, not the model. Also, re-visit the property after dark, that should help with your decision.
