After trying to steal my money from me, I went in the office to talk to Ms. Anna Picard. The lady at the front Gail(who obviously hates her life) told me she was out for the day. I told Gail that I just saw her walk into the back. She seemed confused that i would even challenge her on it. I mean they only tried to steal $320 from me, and now they act like its a hassle to explain the charges to me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONOT LIVE HERE. Horrible Horrible Management.
