My ex lived here long enough to regret it (1 6-month lease). The exterior appearance was clean and the apartments themselves were clean. Initially, like anyone else, it was exciting. However, within three months of living here we started noticing things...a string of seven cars were broken into in the middle of the night. The management seemed uncaring--after all, they pay a security guard to cruise the premises once an hour...if that were the case, how was it that we discovered the damage by merit of my departure and his friends' return home (a span of an hour and a half). Broken crack pipes can be found along the edges of the property. The golf course ensures privacy for back residents....so that teenage kids can hide in the bushes and do whatever they place, hopping the fence to commit whatever crimes they so desire. The people who moved in upstairs were kicked out due to complaints...i.e. dirty diapers being deposited onto lower residents' patio. Oh, and they fail to mention that while you're paying a hefty $650 /per month, your obnoxious neighbor may be paying a federally subsidized 150.

I would have to agree with the above statements 100%. This place is a dump. Surface appearances are inticing but it's what learks beyond the surface. Horribly managed. The office is great at temporarily patching a problem and making you feel as though it will be fixed. Unfortunately there is no follow through. I say sincerely to anyone looking at living here to possibly rethink it. There are other places that are just as comparable in price that won't leave you dissapointed in the end. After all, it's your home!

my boyfriend just moved here on a sub lease for 3 months (now 2 left) and he can't wait to move! there are roaches everywhere and its a dump it stinks we hate it DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! also they wont give you your deposit back ($800) i hear!
