I've lived at Fairway for about 3 years. I see people have horrible things to say about the complex and the management, but it's not that bad. First, let me say, I've NEVER seen a rat! Dog droppings are a problem and the staff aren't always the most friendly. However, any maintenance issues were resolved promptly and I've never had any unwelcomed pests. I love my neighbors and we all look out for each other. There are a quite a few college students (I was a grad. student when I moved in)but for the most part they're pretty docile. I'd recommend Fairway View because I find it to be safe, centrally located, and reasonably priced.
