Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I have been there about a year now and on day I walk into the apartment to find the a/c and heater unit was broken. It took maintenance forever to come and look at it. A week later.....there they were.....RATS, RATS, and RATS!!!!! I called the front office and all they did was to give me rat glue strips. They had boxes of glue traps, so obviously they have been having a RAT problem. My neighbors had the same rat problem. I finally moved out of there and I would not recommend to anyone. IF YOU DO ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE....STAY AWAY! Oh yeah by the way, the crime rate is high. There have been many break ins and all management does is send out a notice stating your neighbor has been validated be a cautious of your surroundings...blah blah. Management is horrible.
