Okay. First of all we had to move in our apartment a day late because the carpet wasn't done and the maid hadn't come. When we were finally able to come and move in the maid did not even vacumn or anything. So we finally moved in and we had a wasp problem. There was a crack in the door and wasps would come through. Then our neighbors would leave trash outside their apartment and it would attract flies and it took the management two days to do something about it. Our air conditioner does not work well and our motor on our refrigerator went out. All our food was spoiled and it took mantience 1 week to fix our fridge. On top of all of that we had a massive roach problem. Then when the grass cutters were cutting grass they snapped our COX wire and we were without cable for 2 days. Not to mention the apartments are horribly set up and the trees in the back are taking over our patio. The parking is horrible and sewage leaks into the parking lot all the time. Our dishwasher is now broken and we have to wash dishes by hand because sewage got into our dishwasher. The air conditioning unit is so loud that the room that is right on side of it gets permanent buzzing from the old timey AC unit.

As for 24 hour maintence. It doesn't work. No one is there to answer your calls and it is pointless to advertise it. Don't be fooled by a fitness room either. It has been under construction since i moved in here in July. No fitness room. The golf corse is also a massive problem because balls are sometimes hit into the parking lot causing dents in peoples cars. The environment is horrible especially at night. Getting out of this place is also a major problem takes you at least 5 minutes on a busy morning to get a clear road.

Our oven caught on fire twice. Yes very scary and it was on low when it happened.

RENT = O goodness. Let's just say make sure you have enough money in your account especially because they take 2 weeks to even deposit the check.

Now on to my most recent problem. There is a rat in our vent. Yes a rat. First encounter and i do not like it one bit.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is nice on the outside. BUT ON THE INSIDE IT IS HELL. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT HIGH ELECTRICITY because of the poor SETUP OF THE TOWNHOMES. PARKING SUCKS. THEY CUT GRASS AT THE BUTT CRACK OF DAWN. THE RENT IS GOOD BUT THE SERVICE IS BAD!! I HATED IT. IM GLAD I HAD MY ROOMATE AND HER DOG TO GET ME THROUGH MY YEAR IN HELL AT FAIRWAY VIEW II!
