Please STAY AWAY. When my roommate and I first moved in, we had to delay our move in BECAUSE they forgot to call the carpet and paint people to come. Which then held up the "maid" which if you ask me my dog cleans up better than she did. There have been numerous occasion when I have gotten home and found roaches crawling all over my walls and floors. Also I hear rats scratching in the walls almost every night. My roommate found a rat hanging out in our broken air-condition vent IN OUR KITCHEN!!!! In which we asked management to come out and fix numerous of times. But yeah you can forget about the maintnence here. They don't care if sewage is coming through your dishwasher, or if a rat is climbing through your vent. Our refrigerator motor broke and we lost all of our food because it took maintnence about a week to come out and fix the STUPID THING and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. One night we ran our dishwater and it pretty much smelled like a rat had died in it. Speaking of sewage, just think how wonderful it is walking out of your apartment and stepping in a huge lake of CRAP!! The sewage tank always overflows into the parking lot and get s EVERYWHERES!! It is absolutely disgusting!! They are surely not quick about coming out and fixing things, but when it comes down to you paying them ANY money what so ever, they expect it to be there ASAP! Stupid People!!! Thank god the third roommate is never home because my goodness you can forget about sleeping quietly in his room. The AC unit makes just about the same amount of noise a train makes. I absolute hate this place my roommate wants us to move out and go stay with her parents it is so bad right now. I have never wanted to leave a place so bad in all my life!!! IT HORRIBLE!!!

OH and ALSO - you pay for stuff you NEVER SEE!! We are paying rent for a BAR AND GRILL AND A FITNESS CENTER! And I have yet to see either of them, but yet they want to hike up the rent because they want to do more construction. YOU HAVE TO FINISH THE OLD CRAP FIRST!!

I hate this place. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They should be arrested I think!

I've been living here since July of 2007, and I've had about the same amount of problems. The girl we signed or lease with was rude & mad mistakes. I hear rats or mice squiling in the ceiling, our dishwasher has been broken since we moved in and they are just about to buy another peice to put in. Two rats or mice have died in the ceiling and we keep getting the run around & the rent is high! Maintenece is always either walking around or sitting by their shed doing little to no work. I'm look for somewhere else to stay.........
