I'm not a student. Haven't been a student in many, many years. But I did have a FV experience. It was not good. Please, parents and students, read these reviews. They are 100% accurate. You do not want to have anyone in your family or their friends living at Fairway View. The location is great; but, believe me, it is not worth it. It's been several years since I was a tenant. But I see that absolutely nothing has changed. These people don't care if the tenants are dissatisfied or miserable. They know they can turn the apartment over for the next ignorant lessee. All we can do is try to stop anyone we can, from renting an apartment at FV. You would be wise to avoid this apartment complex.
