OK for students

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
Lived here while attending LSU. The apartments were reasonable and the management nice. Some of the ground floor apartments have a tendency to flood in heavy rains, so get second floor if you can. The worst was noisy, noisy neighbors. The courtyard interior amplified sound, so a late night party on a balcony blared right into everyone's apartments.
