basically you get what you pay for....the mgmt didnt really care who lived there, maintenance took months (and thats after i had to threaten them with breach of lease contract), my neighbors were loud idiots, and the parking lot was a free-for-all.....oh and dont get in the pool - it'll leave a greasy residue on your skin
good points: they dont allow pets, but if you have them, they dont seem to care...bus line is right across the street.....there is a towing company who keeps the jerks from tigerland bars from parking on the property, and yes they DO tow any car without a tag
