When you're paying $280 a month, you can't expect luxury apartments.

I was very pleased with my apartment. It was freshly painted with nice carpet. The kichen isn't the prettiest thing ever, but everything in the apartment is still pretty nice.

I am unhappy with the 2 bedroom layout. One whole wall in the bedrooms is a closet (it grows you on) and the living room doesn't provide much of an option for rearranging.

It's a little noisy on weekends (since it's right by a bar), but the complex stays quiet on all other nights.

The apartment is under new management, and so far, I've had no complaints about the timeliness of service. They repaired a leak in my sink an hour after filing a complaint.

No pets are allowed, and that makes me sad. It seems the new owners are a little more adamant about this rule than the previous owners.

This is probably the best apartment you can get for this price range. If you're looking for cheap apartments, you won't be disapointed.

Ah, but ALWAYS remember to give your friends the visitor parking pass. I've been "lucky" enough to learn this the hard way (Riverside towing)
