The owner, Mr. White is extremely rude. Also, my air-conditioner is ancient and is eating energy to cool my 1 bedroom apartment. They don't seem to care.

Parking has become a nightmare since they have fenced in 2 exit/entrances to the parking lot... I am just waiting for someone to have an accident.
