Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
These apartments have bad insulation. You can hear everything and anything. Maintenance suck. I oven broke 4-6 times while I was cooking yet they refused to replaced it, but "pretended to fix it" everytime I called. Office crew was friendly,but unreliable. They let someone else moved my apartment that wasn't on the lease. I complained to them and they said that they couldn't do anything. I was so pissed, cause I was paying rent and they couldn't kick that other person out.
They were no help at all. Laudry machines are always full and broken. It was pretty horrible experience.
