I moved to Plantatin Trace to get away from huge apartment complexes and overpriced living. Come to find out, RW Day now owns and operates this complex, added a crappy weight room, some bells and whistles and raised the rent from 550 a month to 665.
We had huge cracks in our front door and management would not replace it until we moved out. Also the overall condition of the apartment was poor to say the least. The carpet was stained and disgusting, the walls were dreary and the kitchen... say hello to 1965.
It has also been 2 months and not a word on my security deposit, which I expect repaid in full. No money was put into the apartment before I moved in. No chance they're keeping my money to cover their new "improvements" for future residents.
