I lived in Plantation Trace for two years with no problems. It wasn't the most glamourous place to live, but it had character and it was cheap! I planned on living there for a third year until those people barged in. RW Day is the most unprofessional, coniving business association I have ever encountered. There version of good customer service is this...the lady who is screwing you over isn't in today either so she'll have to call you tomorrow. Come to find out when u decide to march your ass up there 5 minutes later the lady u are trying to get a hold of is sitting on her fat butt probably thinking of ways to continue screwing people over.
When they took over, they raised rent more than $100 claiming that it was worth it due to things like a new alarm system and a work out room. Ok, A. the workout room sucks...I'd much rather drive 1 mile to the rec and B. Who wants to break into those crappy apt's anyway' Everyone who lives there is living there b/c they are POOR.
Regardless of what some of these other reviews claim, the old management was nice and caring. They were professional and responded to all our problems in a timely manner. Those jerks, on the other hand, are always "too busy" and waited 4 months to give back our deposit. When we finally got it back, 60% of it had gone to cleaning the stove. I've never heard of a maid that charges $175 to clean a damn stove! She must be an ex-stripper cleaning in a thong to be that expensive. Then they avoided my requests to be sent the pictures of the "unclean kitchen" that cost $175 to clean.
Two final words: FU** Them!
