AC hasn't worked since I moved in. They've had 4 property directors since I moved in. Had a leak in one of the bedrooms and my roommate had to live in the den for 2 months. They let the water sit so long before they fixed the leak that it jambed the door. Keep in mind that I'd call first thing in the morning, during my lunch, and when I was leaving LSU. 3 phone calls a day will get your stuff fixed in 2 months. The carpet was soaking wet for like 2 weeks and they never replaced it. They 'fixed' the door jamb by unevenly cutting little pieces of the door off leaving a jagged edge (which we've gotten splinters from). The cabinets are a joke. I can deal with not having many cabinets, but when 2 of the shelves fall down for no reason in the middle of the day, its a problem. None of the appliances were installed correctly. My dishwasher leans and the burners on the stove lean (and in several directions, might I add.) ALL the faucets leak. You call and are not greeted by a hello, but my someone saying, "yea what you need" I found out that the only way to get anything done is to go visit them every day.
And even then they brush you off. The tech and maintenance guys LIE all the time and when I called them on it, they threatened to charge me a fee. Oh, and by the way, be prepared to have your water turned off 2 times a week cause they are too stupid to pay their bills on time.

If you do happen to go insane and decide to live here, get all your vaccinations and buy a gun. Then you might be safe.
