It is cheap, but that is about it. The parking sucks if you live in the back, and it is impossible to find a place at night. Also, the apartment itself is a disaster. When I moved in 4 months ago the dishwasher was broken and we reported it. It has yet to be fixed. Also, the toilet has started leaking and they havent come to fix that either. There were scratches and a few small holes in my wall, and I was told by friends that they will take our deposit because of that (the holes were here when we moved in). It is all around a crappy place to live, so if you can live somewhere else, do it.
