This apartment is really poorly kept. For the price, it's not worth it. I've called the office about twelve times over the past four months to have my air conditioning fixed, and they STILL have not done their job. It's costing me literally a hundred dollars more per month on cooling than I should be paying, but Highland doesn't really seem to care.

Also, I had my car broken into one night.. window smashed, stereo and textbooks stolen, the works... and it was not only my car that night-- three other cars had the same fate. In the visitors' lot, cars are often vandalized (parts broken off, scratched, etc.). Supposedly there is an officer who's supposed to partol, but I've never seen him.

I would not, for ANY reason, recommend this apartment.
