I lived here when it was Plantation Trace and was a resident when it became Highland Plantation. Once it was taken over I couldn't get anything fixed in my apartment and the noise level increased dramatically. The grounds and halls around the complex were littered with trash that we couldn't get management to pick up...eventually my roommate and I picked it up because we were tired of having to walk over it to get to our door. The pools were ALWAYS green so we couldn't use them either. I couldn't wait to move out once Highland Plantation took over.
