I have been here almost 6mos and it has been a total nightmare on Elm Street. The parking is terrible for residents and visitors, theres a tow company that comes every 15-30 minutes and tow away cars even residents w/ parking permits it has happened to me several times and they also come up with an excuse to why I still had to pay $125 to get my car back. In addition to that everything around here is falling apart like the balcony fell apart and they knew it was hazard and still waited until it fell. I put in a maintenance report several times for toliet to be fixed because it would not flush and I had to complaint everyday and nothing still was done so I called and went to the office and threatened to get out of my lease if they didnt fix it right away, so when I get back to my apt someone was knocking at my door. It is ashame that you have to get irate to get results with them and sometimes that doesnt work, Im so ready to move!
