This apartment complex is awful. The management is the worst. Place was filthy when we moved in with broken closet doors, borken kitchen counter, and (still) missing knobs. There is no communication between the managers and you have to tell 3 or 4 people before the problem is worked out. It takes ages for anything to be fixed and you HAVE to call everyday. Broke AC in the summer' Forget about getting that fixed. They even brought a heavy window-box AC to our apartment while waiting on parts for our AC. Stuck it in the front window and left. We (2 girls) couldn't leave the front window open at night due to the ------ security here so we took it out and it was too heavy for us to get it back in during the day. If you want something fixed and they aren't sending anyone, call RW Day, not the office, and they will make sure it happens. The people in the office are rude and jaded and don't give a ---- about the residents, only about getting new leases signed.

We've seen numerous domestic disputes and cops have been called. Lighting in the parking lots is terrible. The sound of gunshot brought many people out of their apartments 2 days ago. Walls are paper-thin and you hear EVERYTHING. This place is NOT quiet.

Parking sucks but there are so many people that live here its kind of inevitable. I got towed for parking where the dumpster is SUPPOSED to be (it sat about 5 spaces away for a year before this) and the apartment wouldn't pay for it. $165 out of my pocket.

The included internet sucks and you can't have anything done about it because you don't own the account. Your entergy bill in the summer will be huge because there is no insulation and the door has no weather stripping (which we told them we wanted fixed when we moved in, 2 years ago). Our dish washer and oven lean back towards the wall, pain to load dishes, and cakes always turn out lop-sided. My bathtub is slowly leaning to the right, seems to be sinking into the floor (we are on the second floor). Maintnence said nothing is wrong with it. I had ants coming in from beneath my toilet, the fixed it after calling several times, bringing pictures into the office, and calling RW Day (the management company).

Overall, its cheap-ish and close to campus. Those are the only pro's. I can't wait to move out of this hell-hole.
