So could you guys list the buildings you have complaints about'
Highland Plantations is HUGE. I mean there are three separate sections of apartments and all the buildings are different and built at different times. I read the stuff on this site before I moved in and was pretty scared about living here, but have had no complaints thus far.
I live in building 19. It's well insulated, so I can't hear my neighbors and my electric bill is insanely low for such a big apartment. There's plenty of parking. Maintenance has answered all of my complaints (simple stuff: sink stopped up with bottle caps when we first moved in, weatherstripping falling off, vents needing to be oiled, air conditioner needing more freon on a Sunday!) within 24 hours. The staff is helpful and informative. My building's pretty well lit because it's right on Highland, so no lighting complaints at night. They keep the grass cut and mostly free of dog poop. The laundry machines are fast and efficient and I've never had trouble finding a machine or four to get my laundry done.
So where are you guys living with all these complaints'!
