| 01/30/2013 | Ok, so I'm back after figuring out my password and such. I've been here nearly 10 years now. No major changes honestly. Management seems to have gotten better. There was a period of time after Katrina where rent skyrocketed, management sucked and the choice of tenants seemed questionable. But since about 2011 it seems to have balanced itself out. Many of the questionable tenants have left or been kicked out, management has improved and rent has actually decreased.
