The staff at Lakeside was always courteous--until we had problems with our upstairs neighbor. The girl would constantly (and purposely) stomp (not walk) around, and after trying to ask her to be careful, we went to the office. They basically shrugged their shoulders and said to call the police. The maintainence staff are very pleasant... not really handy, but nice. No structural problems in our apt.. we were the first to live there. Really pretty grounds, really nice apt, but I'm still not sure it felt like home. No major complaints, though.
