so far so good, this is a beautiful place. i almost moved to the regent across the street but they seemed to hasty to try and lease me. they are giving away a lot, but i am sure the deals will go away and rent goes up like everywhere else. i chose to pay a little more to have access to the really great lake. i dont want to have to move again. i love walking the paths and feeding the crazy ducks! my apt is great, and the manager said she is new but seems to be running the place well.

I'm considering putting in an application for this apartment complex, but I was just wondering if your experience there is still a good one. The price seems reasonable, and the grounds look nice, but I guess you never know until you actually live there. Can you give me some feedback?
