Do not choose an apartment near I-12. The noise level is intolerable. Management is horrible, especially when a problem occurs. Management is very uncooperative. Management creates to many unnecessary rules, such as items maintained on balcony; parking; your visitors; etc. There are no outside storage units to store items. A rent increase is always subject at renewal. My rent increased over $200 during residency. Since I've been there the rental cost of the club house has doubled. There's a monthly fee to access reserved parking or to park under a covered garage. Vehicle vandalism is high!!! Be very careful when selecting this apartment complex. Turn around rate of tenants is extremely high. Most tenants immediately move out at the end of the lease. Living conditions may become tolerable if management changes.

I lived here at the time of review and am still at Lakeside now. Things have improved. Greatly. Office staff is friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with how things have changed on property and am glad we have someone as friendly as Meredith in the office now.

I'm glad things have changed, then, because the management is what ruins the property. Jennifer, in particular. I leased for a year... loved the area, loved the apartment, absolutely hated the office personnel. I was charged when I moved out for a door mat with their logo (that I never had to begin with), charged $50 for "dirty dishpans" that cost about $6 at Wal-Mart (if they were really dirty)...I would only consider moving there again if management changed.
