This new complex is Baton Rouge's finest, a wonderful place to live.

This is an excellent apartment home community. Gated access, ample parking with garages available for a minimal monthly charge. State of the art fitness center with new equipment including free weights. Valet trash pickup at your front door. All floor plans have 9 foot ceilings with crown moldings. Each unit has washers, dryers and microwave ovens. Large garden bathtubs in each bath. Executive business center with computer, internet access, copy machine and fax for residents usage. Large swimming pool.
