We relocated from texas, expecting the worst, and we could not be happier with Longridge Apartments. After almost a year here, we plan on staying. While I can understand the complaints of those who do not have dogs, it is absolutely ideal for dog lovers. There are a few less responsible owners who do not clean up, but it's a small price to pay for being able to live in a luxury apartment with a dog, especially a large dog (who are often quiter, nicer, and cleaner than small dogs). The floorplans are excellent. While, it's true, the maintainance staff is one guy, he is incredible and seems to be an expert on everything. We have had the apartment above us flood on a saturday morning and he arrived to make repairs before we woke up. We have also had a broken washer and made a call (expecting not to hear back for a week) and it was fixed within 30 minutes of our call. I highly recommend Longridge Apartments.
