Great place if you don't mind dealing with crazy management

I lived at Longridge for a semester of college. I love that it was far enough from campus that I did not have to deal with "Game day traffic."
Now... The office staff (the older one, the younger girl is sweet) is laughably horrible. While I was signing my lease she actually sat there and told me it was a good thing I signed when I did because she is "too good for apartments to stay vacant for long." Trust me, had it not been a great apartment that offered a short term lease, there is no way I would have put up with her! She even lost my move-out letter and withheld my security deposit.
The maintenance guy at Longridge and the apartment across the street (owned by the same company) were both VERY nice. I had all my problems fixed within a day of my request and they even got me a brand new dishwasher. One of them came in a rainstorm to fix my air conditioner as well.
