Good place to live if you're LSU student

The best thing about this place is proximity to LSU. If you're a student, this place is great. If you're a working professional looking for a more upscale community, this is not the place for you. It is a very middle of the road place - it's not the best place to live, but not the worst.
Traffic can be noisy if you live in an apartment bordering Nicholson Drive. If you live near the pool, it gets noisy with college students partying on any given night. Also, the pool is pretty tiny, and there's not much space around it.
The gate is kind of annoying, but good for security. There is usually ample parking, depending on which side of the complex you live.
